Baithul Izza—literally “House of Prestige”—truly lives up to its name as one of the most distinguished and pioneering self-financing institutions of higher education in Kozhikode district. Since its establishment in 2003 under the visionary guidance of the Baithul Izza Sunni Centre, the college has stood as a beacon of academic excellence, innovation, and social responsibility. Its founding was a proud achievement of the local community, inspired by the exemplary leadership of the late Jb. P. P. Muhyidheen Kutty Musliyar.
From its humble beginnings with four job-oriented degree programmes and 180 students, Baithul Izza has evolved into a dynamic hub of higher learning. Today, it offers twelve undergraduate (Honours) programmes and three postgraduate programmes, reflecting its steady growth, modern vision, and commitment to preparing students for a competitive world.
